Price includes linens. Housekeeping will not be provided. As this is between semesters, we will be the only group in the dorms.

If you prefer, there are several Hotels nearby the Conference Center- Please make your own arrangements if staying at a hotel. The Marriot and Hilton are the closest and the Sheraton is about 1 mile.

Travel

Burlington, Vermont is served by several major airlines through Burlington International Airport (BTV) including JetBlue, Delta, Northwest, US Airways, Continental, and United. Train and Bus service are also available and Burlington is about 3.5 hours drive from Boston, 6 hours from NYC and 1.5 hours from Montreal.

The Conference Center at Champlain College is 10 minutes from the Burlington International Airport (BTV).

It is about a $10 taxi ride from the airport to the college. Free Parking is available for conference attendees.

Thank you for registering for GNH2010: Changing What We Measure from Wealth to Well-being! The three-day event will be held at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont, on Tuesday – Thursday, June 1 – 3, 2010.

The GNH Ambassador Training will be held on Friday, June 4, starting at 8:30 am in the Hauke Conference Room, also on the Champlain College campus.

Check-in for Monday night arrivals will be available from 3:00 pm on Monday, May 31st.

Check-in on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be available from 7:30 to 9:30 am. Check-out time from dormatories is 12:00- 1:00. Leave luggage in your car or at the GNH Conference Office.

Registration will be available in the IDX Student Life Center from 7:30 am Tuesday, June 1st, Wednesday, June 2nd, and Thursday, June 3rd. Please arrive early so you can register, check-in and mingle before the welcoming remarks begin at 8:30 each morning.

You will receive a recommended reading list, by email, prior to the event. You will also receive an email request to choose workshops as the event nears.
