Facebook has an experimental graphical model display for what they are calling Gross National Happiness, which is based upon an analysis of the frequency of the appearance of selected keywords in Daily Posts to Facebook. It is a new way to take the pulse of the universe of Facebook users as a metric.  See the Huffington Post article.
